This page explains what Marin Aesthetics in Sausalito, CA collects through this website, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it. It is short on purpose.
What the inquiry form collects
The inquiry form is the only place this site asks for personal information. It collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to share it, the treatment you’re asking about, and anything you write in the message box. The site has no accounts, and nothing here asks for your medical records.
What we use it for
We use what you send for two things: replying to your inquiry, and scheduling your consultation if you decide to book one. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we won’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for.
How your message reaches us
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us as email. That means it passes through our email provider’s systems in transit, the same way a message you sent us directly would.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and to schedule, and we periodically delete old inquiries that didn’t lead anywhere. If you become a client, the details you shared may carry into how we coordinate your visits.
Asking us to delete your information
Email [email protected] and ask. We’ll remove what you sent us and confirm once it’s done. The same address reaches a person who can answer anything this page leaves unclear.
